The implementation of pediatric traumatology will revolutionize critical care provided to young patients across Eastern Quebec, who previously had to be treated in Montreal. This project will increase the number of beds and double all care spaces so that medical teams can provide care under optimal conditions.

Rollout of a groundbreaking new project in Estrie that will have a significant impact on all youth facing mental health challenges by helping to prevent hospitalization in child psychiatry for many of them each year. A first in Quebec, as there is currently no comparable program for youth!

Funding for a vital signs monitor for neonatal care to ensure the safety of newborns. "Every second counts during childbirth. Having a monitor on the floor can truly save lives."

The smart hospital project is a Canadian first. It aims to develop a wireless monitoring system for hospitalized newborns and premature infants! This will make it easier for parents to care for their babies, while also greatly facilitating the daily tasks of healthcare professionals.
